Job summary

Cadence Education in Bourne, MA is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment and build positive relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Role requires collaboration with the School Director and Lead Teacher, and offers growth through trainings, CDA opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but state licensing requirements may apply.
• Minimum experience in early childhood or group care is preferred.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity, respect, and care.
• Greet children and families daily and establish professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents accordingly.
• Support behavior management in line with Cadence policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
