Cadence Education in the United States is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our all-star team. If you’re bursting with love for babies and have childcare, daycare, or early childhood education experience, it’s time to lead the way in creating magical moments for our tiniest explorers.

You’ll partner with a passionate team to craft an age-appropriate curriculum, share daily updates with families, and build a daily schedule that balances quiet snuggles with active play.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• CDA or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a nurturing space for infants, celebrating every giggle and milestone.
• Collaborate with teachers to craft an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum.
