Job summary

Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) in Salem, OR (Concordia Site) seeks an Infant Toddler Teacher to promote safe, healthy development aligned with Head Start performance standards and licensing. You will plan culturally responsive curricula, supervise in a nurturing classroom, and collaborate with families and specialists.

Positions are full-time with opportunities across E, C, A, B levels, offering competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education credentials meeting the program level requirements.
• Experience with infants and toddlers in early education settings.
• Ability to plan culturally responsive curricula.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and development of infants and toddlers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean classroom and supervise children.
• Complete screenings, observations, assessments, and learning plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and specialists.
• Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and program planning.
• Guide staff and volunteers and maintain records.
• Promote nutrition, health, and safety practices.
• Support family engagement and confidential information handling.
• Respond to emergencies with First Aid/CPR; assist drills.
• Support transportation and field trips as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties.
