Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking an infant/toddler caregiver to foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children's growth and development. Immediate openings are available and you will monitor children, provide daily learning activities, keep the classroom clean, and support families.

Ideal candidates have high energy, excellent communication, and the ability to work well with staff, children, and parents.

Qualifications

• Must undergo all necessary childcare trainings. Experience is preferred but not required; must be trainable and ready to learn.
• Great communication skills mandatory.
• High energy and ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
• Must clear a full background check and pass health screening.
• Must be able to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels; must be able to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
• Must have specific vision ability, including seeing up close and up to a certain distance, seeing colors, having peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
