Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture young learners within a caring team and structured curriculum. This role emphasizes safety, growth, and positive engagement with families, promoting a supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.

• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range of $20.68-$21.48 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options.
