Job summary

Acquire4Hire in Meriden, CT is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants. You will lead activities, track progress, and communicate with families daily.

The role requires at least 3 years of infant care experience, CPR/First Aid, and flexibility to work Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or GED is required; CDA or associate degree preferred. This position offers growth opportunities in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with infants in a licensed center
  • High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and stay active throughout the day
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and meet state health requirements
  • Available to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with reliable transportation

About This Role
