Celebree School in Maryland seeks an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. You will weave Celebree’s vision into daily activities and guide aides as they begin their careers in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of child development and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
