Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring teachers to provide caring, engaging, and knowledgeable care for children in a structured classroom setting. You will observe, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate activities while working within licensed guidelines and the company’s program.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and communication with families. Requirements include ECE certification and a commitment to ongoing training as you support children’s growth and curiosity in a nurturing

Must be ECE Certified

As a Teacher, you are:

• Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight onchildcare, preschool and development topics.
• Creative! Implementour proprietarycurriculum while creating fun,interactive learning experiences for the children.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarecenter or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.35-$20.10 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
