Learning Care Group in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Teacher to join our childcare team. You will engage children with our curriculum, monitor safety, and collaborate with families to support development.

As a Teacher, you are:

• Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight onchildcare, preschool and development topics.
• Creative! Implementour proprietarycurriculum while creating fun,interactive learning experiences for the children.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarecenter or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
