Job summary

Learning Care Group in Troy, NY is hiring a Teacher to nurture young learners and support families daily. You will be part of a dedicated team dedicated to safety, development, and positive outcomes for children.

You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and deliver our proprietary curriculum, creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
