Job summary

Learning Care Group in Oakdale, NY is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support classrooms and ensure a safe, caring environment for children. You will follow licensing guidelines, support daily routines, and help maintain a clean, engaging learning space.

You’ll participate in training on childcare topics, work with families to observe and plan for children, and may access tuition reimbursement and health benefits. This is a Monday-Friday role with opportunities to grow within the company.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.51 - $18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
