Job summary

Celebree School of Estero is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a warm, nurturing classroom. You will implement age-appropriate activities and uphold Celebree's infant curriculum to support growth and exploration.

You will help guide classroom aides into early childhood education with confidence and compassion, while ensuring safety, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping. Flexible/on-call shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
