Job summary

Celebree School of Estero is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing environment. You will support infants and assist in guiding classroom aides through early childhood education with care.

You will work to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences, ensure safety and compliance, and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have lead teacher qualifications per state regulations.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
