Celebree School of Ashburn Farm is hiring an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. You will implement age-appropriate activities and support aides while aligning with Celebree's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in line with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
