Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. The role involves guiding infants and toddlers through age-appropriate experiences while aligning with the school’s vision and values.

You will support classroom aides and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment with ongoing learning opportunities and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills; patient and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
