Job summary

Celebree School™ in Estero, FL is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to support early childhood development. You will create a nurturing, safe classroom and deliver developmentally appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and growth.

You will collaborate with families and staff, implement lesson plans aligned with state licensing, and help guide classroom aides toward confident, compassionate practice in our inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
