Job summary

Rainbows-United, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join a transdisciplinary Infant Toddler team. You will support families, conduct eligibility evaluations, and develop IFSPs with a coaching model to integrate services into daily routines.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Kansas SLP licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP; new graduates must obtain CCC-SLP within 12 months. Experience with children with special needs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Kansas SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; new grads must obtain within 12 months.
• Maintain licensure.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a transdisciplinary team to serve eligible infants and toddlers.
• Participate in evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and developmental strengths/challenges.
• Develop IFSPs with families based on identified priorities.
• Provide family service coordination and connect community resources.
• Collaborate with community resources for assigned families.
• Document for accountability, billing, data entry and communication with providers.
• Deliver home and community-based intervention using a coaching model.
• Participate in teaming process and monitor progress toward goals.
• Support Rainbows mission and Part C Employee expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
