Job summary

Rainbows United, Inc. in Kansas seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Infant Toddler Program on a transdisciplinary team.

You will provide comprehensive, family-centered support in home and community settings, following the Part C Manual. Responsibilities include eligibility evaluations, developing IFSPs with families, coordinating services, documenting activities, and traveling between Rainbows sites and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current Kansas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required; new graduates must comply within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work as a transdisciplinary team member to serve eligible infants and toddlers.
• Participate in team evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and developmental strengths and challenges.
• Develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with families based on priorities.
• Provide family service coordination and connect families with community resources.
