Job summary

Rainbows United, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a transdisciplinary team serving infants and toddlers enrolled in Kansas’ Infant Toddler Program.

You will provide comprehensive support in line with the Part C Manual, delivering coaching-based services in family homes and community settings. You will collaborate with families and other professionals to develop IFSPs, coordinate services, and document progress while traveling between Rainbows sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Kansas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; new graduates must comply within 12 months.
• Maintain current licensure.
• Prior experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a transdisciplinary team member to support eligible infants and toddlers.
• Participate in team evaluations and IFSP development.
• Provide Family Service coordination to connect families with resources.
• Deliver home and community-based coaching interventions.
• Complete documentation for accountability, billing, and data entry.
• Travel between Rainbows United sites, family homes, and community agencies.
• Support Rainbows mission and Part C Employee expectations.
