CDS York site in Arundel is seeking an Infant & Toddler Physical Therapist for a 40 hour/week calendar year position. You will work with preschool children with disabilities, birth-2, at our York site with local travel and home-visiting required. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.

Minimum qualifications include Maine PT license, CCC, and background checks. Benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, and professional development support, with PSLF eligibility.

Competenze

• State of Maine Physical Therapist License required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Successful background check, fingerprinting and reference check.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy services to children per IFSP/IEP.
• Evaluate and treat preschool children birth through 5 in the IFSP/IEP team.
• Communicate with CDS case managers and other providers.
