Qualifications

• Knowledge of early intervention/special education practices.
• Experience with preschool population (ages 3-5) preferred.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to birth through 5 years old per IFSP/IEP.
• Contribute goals and short-term objectives for ISFP/IEP team.
• Complete timely evaluations and documentation meeting Chapter 101 requirements.
