Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for Yorktown Heights, NY. This full-time role offers 8:00 am – 2:00 pm hours with an hourly compensation of $75-90, depending on services provided, experience, and licensure.

There is an option to stay on for the next school year. Benefits for full-time include PTO, holidays, insurance, 401(k), and more; part-time benefits are also available. The role requires NY licensure and a commitment to collaborative, child-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
