Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to deliver early intervention services to children and families in New Jersey homes and community settings. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IFSP outcomes, provide physical therapy services in natural environments, coach families, and ensure NJEIS documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop IFSP outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide physical therapy services in home, daycare, or community settings.
• Coach and empower families to support their child's development.
• Complete required documentation per NJEIS guidelines.
