Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home-based pediatric services across the catchment area, working with families and a trans-disciplinary team. You will conduct screenings, assessments and parent coaching, and collaborate with childcare, medical and social service providers.

The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate interventions for infants and toddlers, with coordinated IFSP planning and ongoing family support.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current OT licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools including Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge across infant-toddler development domains.
• Provide home-based services to families within the catchment area.
• Utilize parent coaching in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child and parent groups, center visits, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services (child care, medical, social services, autism/hearing/vision supports).
• Coordinate development, monitoring and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
