Job summary

The Arc Alliance is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support and coach caregivers of children with disabilities within the Early Intervention Program. The role emphasizes guiding families to develop functional skills through daily activities and structured sessions.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, coaching, documentation, and collaboration with counties and staff to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience with very young children.
• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Background clearances (FBI, Criminal History, Child Abuse) are required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates direct therapy and coaching within families and caregivers.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates development programs to coach caregivers.
• Completes state-required session notes, billing, and reports; maintains records.
• Maintains direct service rate as determined by the agency and completes required trainings.
• Drives to service counties and collaborates with staff, counties, and families.
