• Comfort with MS Office; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans linked to child outcomes.
• Support social, emotional, and cognitive development with age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and provide a safe, nurturing environment.
• Engage families in classroom experiences and communicate regularly.
• Maintain developmental profiles and collaborate with teachers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Lead and model classroom management and professional behavior.
