Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans linked to outcomes and routines.
• Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through activities and language experiences.
• Supervise and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Engage families in classroom experiences and maintain daily family communication.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop coaching plans for professional development.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance in all activities.
• Lead and mentor Associate and Assistant Teachers in the classroom.
