La Clinica de Familia Inc is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to plan and supervise activities for infants and toddlers. You will ensure a safe, respectful learning environment and provide screenings, home visits, and parent conferences to support families and staff.

The role emphasizes infant development knowledge, family-centered practice, and cultural competence, with benefits and a strong commitment to community services. Strong communication and observation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Infant/Toddler CDA.
• AA or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development, or related field, is preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising developmental activities for infants and young children.
• Ensure classroom environment is appropriate and activities are respectful, safe, nurturing, age appropriate and culturally sensitive.
• Conduct screenings and assessments, home visits / parent conferences, and serve as an educational and informational resource for families and staff.
