La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in southern New Mexico seeks a non-exempt early childhood educator to support infants and young children. You will plan and supervise development activities, ensuring safe, nurturing, age-appropriate environments for families served.

Responsibilities include screenings, home visits, and serving as a resource for families and staff, with emphasis on cultural sensitivity and partnership with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Infant/Toddler CDA.
• First Aid and CPR certification current.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and supervise developmental activities for infants and young children.
• Conduct screenings and assessments, home visits and parent conferences.
• Serve as an educational and informational resource for families and staff.
