La Clinica de Familia is seeking a non-exempt early childhood professional to plan, implement, and supervise developmental activities for infants and toddlers. The role includes ensuring a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment and providing screenings, home visits, and parent conferences.

The position emphasizes connections with families and staff, with responsibilities to support infant and toddler development, attachment, and family-centered care throughout Southern

Qualifications

• CDA certification for Infant/Toddler is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and supervise developmental activities for infants and young children.
• Ensure the classroom environment is appropriate, safe, nurturing, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive.
• Conduct screenings and assessments, home visits and parent conferences, and serve as an educational resource for families and staff.
