Centro de la Familia seeks an Infant/Toddler Teacher to support early learning and development in a caring, inclusive setting. You will nurture children, implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and partner with families to foster growth.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler CDA credential is required, with potential to attain within six months.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit required within one month of hire.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred and supports dual-language learners.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing classroom environment for toddlers using developmentally appropriate practices.
• Plan and implement daily activities supporting physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
• Tailor activities for children with special needs and those with limited English.
• Foster a warm, respectful atmosphere and build strong family connections through home visits and conferences.
• Ensure safety, supervision, and health policy compliance at all times.
• Promote holistic growth and positive behaviors, individually and in groups.
