Akin is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) team delivering high-quality early intervention services for children birth to three. You will work in families' homes and communities, coaching parents and helping children develop motor skills for daily activities in a holistic, culturally-responsive way.

Ideal candidates are experienced with ESIT/Birth to Three, value family-centered care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduate PT with WA state license.
• Experience with infants/toddlers 0–3 and diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide motor therapy and developmental supports in home/community.
• Coach families via parent coaching model.
• Develop IFSP goals and document progress.
• Collaborate with Early Intervention team and other staff.
• Maintain records per Part C and agency policies.
• Supervise interns as needed.
