Easterseals Florida, Inc. is seeking an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) Evaluator to conduct developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) under the Early Steps program. This role requires driving to Port St.

Lucie once a week for clinic evaluations and delivering services to enrolled children. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, determine eligibility, and make service recommendations aligned with evidence-based practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years related experience
• Florida ITDS certification
• Florida Medicaid Therapy/ EI Provider Number
• NPI Number
• CMS Provider Management System enrollment
• Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills
• Integrity, tact, sound judgment and flexibility
• Teamwork and empathy in family support
• Eligible to drive own vehicle (age 21+, good driving history)

Responsabilidades

• Conduct developmental evaluations using the Battelle Developmental Inventory (BDI-2) or other approved tools to determine Early Steps eligibility
• Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary evaluation team and follow eligibility criteria outlined in the Early Steps Program Plan and Operations Guide (PHOG)
• Serve as a participating member of each child's IFSP Team
• Recommend appropriate early intervention services based on peer-reviewed research, including frequency, intensity, and duration
• Provide timely, accurate written documentation for each evaluation and service provided
• Attend staff meetings, IFSP planning conferences, and trainings as requested
• Deliver early intervention services to enrolled children
• Submit all clinic and billing documentation promptly
