Easterseals Florida is seeking an Early Intervention Developmental Evaluator Therapist to assess infants and toddlers, determine eligibility, and support families through the Early Steps program. You will conduct DAYC-2 assessments, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and help design Individual Family Support Plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• One to two years of related experience or training in early intervention, pediatrics, developmental services, or a related field.
• Current Florida Professional License as a PT, OT, or SLP, as applicable.
• Master's degree required for Speech-Language Pathologist.

Aufgaben

• Conduct developmental evaluations using DAYC-2 and other approved tools.
• Participate on a multidisciplinary evaluation team to determine eligibility for Early Steps services.
• Develop and implement Individual Family Support Plans (IFSPs) with families and team members.
• Recommend evidence-based early intervention services, including frequency, intensity, and duration.
• Provide direct early intervention services to enrolled children as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and billing information.
• Attend staff meetings and IFSP conferences.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all guidelines.
