Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid training required.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in databases, software and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Spanish fluency helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; problem solving and decision-making.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be bondable by AVANCE.

• Document attendance, health checks, and reports.
• Report neglect or illnesses promptly.
