CCS Early Learning's Palmer Center Early Head Start is hiring an Infant-Toddler Classroom Aide. The role supports the teacher with developmentally appropriate activities and care, promoting health, nutrition and safety for enrolled children.

Schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, full-year 48 weeks. DOE and education determine salary; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood education practices with infants and toddlers.
• CDA credential preferred upon hire and required after two years.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and drive if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher and cooperate in activities and care.
• Promote health, nutrition, and safety for children enrolled.
• Attend to safety and welfare of children in Early Head Start.
