Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA or 12 credits in early childhood education preferred or must be obtained within one year of employment.
• One year of experience with young children required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children in a positive, respectful, and developmentally appropriate manner.
• Provide safe, clean, and stimulating learning environments and centers.
• Assist in supervision of children during all activities indoors and outdoors.
• Support planning of classroom activities and center events.
• Maintain confidential relationships and communicate with families.
