Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking a Certified Teacher to lead the design and delivery of a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment for children aged 0–5. You will guide the teaching team, implement high‑quality curriculum, and partner with families to support each child’s development and well‑being.

This role emphasizes developmentally appropriate practice, environmental stewardship, and collaboration with colleagues to advance the school’s Sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and state certification required for teaching.
• Experience designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Design daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles.
• Lead classroom organization and routines emphasizing environmental responsibility and stewardship.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high‑quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children in activities and maintain mandated reporting responsibilities as required by law.
• Engage families through conferences and community events to strengthen involvement.
