The Goddard School in Worthington, OH is seeking a motivated and caring Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher, create engaging lesson plans, and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to placing students first and providing a premium educational experience.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred), prior licensed childcare experience, strong empathy, and the ability to lift
