Qualifications

• Colorado Child Care Licensing compliance knowledge required.
• Pathways to Infant Program Supervisor eligibility under 8 CCR 1402-1.
• Qualifications must support infant care and supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, nurturing infant care and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead infant classroom staff, maintain staff-to-child ratios and supervision.
• Maintain licensing records, health, and safety documentation and reporting.
• Engage families with regular updates on routines and milestones.
• Support program improvement and staff development initiatives.
