Learning Care Group in Colorado is seeking an Infant Nursery Supervisor to lead classrooms, mentor teachers, and deliver engaging early childhood programs.

This role focuses on licensing compliance, curriculum implementation, and strong family communication to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Hold an current early childhood credential level II or higher in version 3.0, with 9 months of care experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care: promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines.
• Communicate: build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
