Job summary

Learning Care Group in Colorado is seeking an Infant Nursery Supervisor to lead classrooms, mentor teachers, and deliver engaging early childhood programs.

This role focuses on licensing compliance, curriculum implementation, and strong family communication to support each child's growth.

As anInfant Nursery Supervisor, you’ll:
  • Create!Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
  • Care!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
  • Call the shots!Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Communicate!Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
  • Hold an current early childhood professional credential level II or higher in version 3.0, as determined by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, have a minimum of nine (9) months (1,365 hours) of verifiable experience in the care and supervision of infants and/or toddlers, and:
    • (a) Has completed one (1) three (3) semester credit hour course in infant/toddler development; or
    • (b) Has completed the Department-approved expanding quality in infant and toddler care training course.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation ($18.00 - $22.00 hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
    Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
  • All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
