Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children and support families in a caring, structured preschool environment. You will lead engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while fostering a positive, energetic classroom culture.

We seek applicants who are at least 18, with classroom leadership experience and the ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and center guidelines.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success and child achievement.
