Job summary

Froedtert Health West Bend is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with infants in the newly opened Level 2 Special Care Nursery on an as-needed basis. This on-site role pays a premium differential in addition to base compensation.

The SLP will assess, plan, implement and document therapy, and participate in Rehabilitation Services activities to enhance patient care. Wisconsin licensure and CCC are required or must be obtained within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• State of Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology is required; CCC/ASHA or CCC eligibility within 18 months.
• American Heart Association BLS required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care and treatment programs for infants in the Special Care Nursery.
• Participate in Rehabilitation Services activities to enhance patient care and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
