Froedtert Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an optional part-time, on-site role. Coverage includes two weekends per month and one holiday per year, with weekday coverage desired but not required.

The position serves Froedtert West Bend and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospitals and supports the Rehabilitation Services team. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, a Wisconsin state license, CCC eligibility or completion within 18 months, and BLS within

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• Wisconsin state license in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC certification, or obtained within 18 months of hire.
• AHA/BLS Healthcare Provider certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients across acute care.
• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care and treatment programs.
• Participate in Rehabilitation Services activities and other duties as assigned.
