Job summary

Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide NICU-based occupational therapy for infants in the Special Care Nursery on an as-needed basis. The position includes premium pay differential in addition to base compensation.

The role contributes to the opening of a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, delivering comprehensive therapy services while documenting care and participating in broader Rehabilitation Services activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• WI state license as an Occupational Therapist is required; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days.
• RN/OT/PT/SLP, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing and documenting treatment programs.
• Participates in Rehabilitation Services department activities to enhance patient care and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
