Froedtert Health West Bend is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with infants in the newly opened Level 2 Special Care Nursery on an as-needed basis. This on-site role pays a premium differential in addition to base compensation.
The SLP will assess, plan, implement and document therapy, and participate in Rehabilitation Services activities to enhance patient care. Wisconsin licensure and CCC are required or must be obtained within 18 months.

Shift Details Speech Language Pathologist to treat infants in the Special Care Nursery on an as needed basis - no set schedule or hours for this position.
This position is for a SLP with the skillset to treat infants in a special care nursery on an as needed basis. This position qualifies for a premium pay differential in addition to base compensation. FWBH is opening a Level 2 Special Care Nursery.
The Speech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.
Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
State of Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
