Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher in Wareham, MA. You’ll be the heartbeat of a nurturing environment, creating magical moments for our youngest learners and partnering with a team to foster safe, engaging play.

You’ll run an age‑appropriate curriculum, observe and share milestones with families, and adapt activities to each child’s cues, while modeling professional caregiving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have EEC Certification.
• Must be 18+ years old and capable of working during business hours.
• Experience with infants in licensed daycare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a cozy, engaging space where infants thrive.
• Capture and share daily milestones with parents.
• Deliver age-appropriate curriculum and spark curiosity.
• Follow each child’s cues, ensure safety, and elevate play with language and toys.
