Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. You will support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence programs, and create a safe, nurturing environment that serves young children including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures including allergen and feeding policies.
• Work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs including following IEPs.
• Assist Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Help manage and escalate child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Adhere to all Cadence policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development outside hours.
