Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher in Franklin, MA to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom for infants. You will plan and deliver curriculum, lead classroom operations, and support the physical, social, and emotional development of all children, including those with IEPs.

Under the School Director, you will model professionalism, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and partner with families and team members to promote growth and success for every child.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and licensing requirements for lead teachers.
• Ability to manage a classroom with consistency, structure and care.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize diverse developmental and learning needs and support with IEPs as required.
